How Did Zen Life Begin?

Our story traces back to 1956, when Jacob Siegel opened Central Hardware in Miami Beach, offering televisions and electronic products to the local community with a focus on honesty and service.

Since 1988, our growth has been driven almost entirely by word of mouth. Who Are the ZEN LIFE?

Our company started with a single member of the Siegel family and has continued as a family tradition for more than 50 years. Today, Zen Life is owned and operated by Steven Siegel, who is proudly guiding his nephew, Evan, as the business carries forward into the next generation.

Our story began 20+ years ago with the acquisition of AVEX Home Theater, a household name for home entertainment in South Florida for over 30 years. Our spokesperson, Coach Don Shula of the Miami Dolphins was seen on television commercials across South Florida.
